1. What Jephelen is

Jephelen is a business management tool for freelancers and small businesses: customer records, tasks, money tracking, invoices, and AI-assisted writing and suggestions. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your data is yours

Everything you enter — customers, transactions, notes, documents — belongs to you. We store it only to provide the service, and you can delete it at any time.

3. Not professional advice

Jephelen's suggestions — including Decision Guard results, AI-generated messages, and any business, tax, or legal guidance — are educational tools, not professional legal, tax, or financial advice. For binding decisions, consult a qualified professional in your area.

4. AI-generated content

AI features can make mistakes. Review AI-generated messages, summaries, and numbers before sending or relying on them. You are responsible for what you send to your customers.

5. Fair use

Don't use Jephelen for anything illegal, to store content you don't have the right to store, or to abuse the AI features. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep Jephelen running, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of critical documents.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Meaningful changes will be announced inside the app.
